MALACHITE IS NOT A PARTY VENUE.  

We reserve the right to ask you to vacate the property, should you not respect the below mentioned rules.  

NO OUTSIDE GUESTS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY.  

We expect our guests to be respectful of other guests and Neighbours, no loud music.  

Limited alcohol consumption on the premises. We have zero tolerance for intoxicated guests and will ask you to leave immediately.  

No glassware to leave the apartment.  

The apartment is a Non Smoking area.  

Under no circumstances are open flames such as candles or lanterns allowed in the apartments.  No privately owned stove tops or braai stands allowed.  

One vehicle per unit, parking is limited.  

We ask that you switch off all lights when leaving the apartment. 

No pets allowed.

ADDITIONAL INFO  Iron, Ironing board and Hair dryer available on request.  

Daily cleaning service can be arranged prior to arrival, at an additional fee.
